We’ve been busy!  We have four books for you and two fascinating interviews: author and English teacher T C Shelly PLUS award-winning author and Children’s Laureate (2020-21) Ursula Dubosarsky.

Pamela chats with T.C. Shelley

T.C. Shelley studied Creative Writing and Literature at University. She has been teaching English for over twenty years and her first school was classified as the most remote in Australia. She loves an audience and long before she took up teaching was writing and performing her poetry and short stories.

 

Julie chats with Ursula Dubosarsky

Ursula Dubosarsky wanted to be a writer from the age of six, and is now the author of over 60 books for children and young adults, which have won several national prizes, including the NSW, Victorian, South Australian and Queensland Premier’s Literary Awards. She has also been nominated several times for the prestigious international children’s literature prizes, the Astrid Lindgren award and the Hans Christian Andersen award. She is the current Australian Children’s Laureate, for 2020-2021. She lives in Sydney with her family.
